The location of the guesthouse is great, with plenty of cafes and bars within a few minutes' walk. the Deluxe Queen Studio is spacious and has lots of windows for natural light. the staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to assist guests. the communal balcony is a nice place to socialize and meet other travelers.

The beds could be more comfortable with some foam egg shells to add cushioning.

The room was good value. the location was great and best possible, near a nice area, the main area of the gap and restaurants. had a chance to visit Worthing Beach, set within 15 minutes’ walk.
